EBRP celebrated Mehtab Hossain's birthday at his Dhakuria Residence

Mehtab Hossain, the name says it itself. The most creative, innovative and the perfect Indian midfielder for the last 2 seasons both in National team as well as for the Red and Gold brigade. He is a talismanic leader in the heart of East Bengal midfield and played pivotal role behind the grand success of East Bengal under the Morgan era. He is the “Mekelele” of Indian football in many eyes. Red and Gold brigade’s most trusted hero is one year older now and he was given a token of gratitude from our EBRP on his birthday. Coincidentally, it’s on the Teacher’s day.

East Bengal the Real POWER is the first fans club in India and we always celebrate every birthday of the players of East Bengal because to us, standing by the players is the main key to success of a team. Our players are our pride, and do whatever we can to boost their morals. They are the person who will bring us countless joy in our life. East Bengal is our mother club and they are our fighters.
 
EBRP is always special for the players of our club and so we celebrated the birthday of Mehtab Hossain at his Dhakuria Residence. He celebrated with the members of our Real POWER on his birthday and shared many memorable moments with us. For the last 3 days, Kolkata was under the threat of our mighty rainy weather and it rained hugely for 2 days. Still it didn’t affect the dedication and focus of our very dear Real POWER members. They overcame the rain and thunder gathered at Mehtab’s Dhakuria residence to wish him a BIG birthday wish from Real POWER.



Real POWER members Prasenjit Seal, Mainak Chakraborty, Abhijit Sen, Rahul Roy and Abhishek Guha were present on behalf of Real POWER at Mehtab’s residence. Mehtab Hossain gave us a very pleasant and warm welcome at his house when we came and we are very deeply touched and honoured by his calm, polite and friendly behavior. We presented him with a birthday cake and immediately he called us and celebrated with us by cutting cake and gave us a share to each one of us. He told us that he was carried away by the great surprise that EBRP gave him on his birthday and advised us to be with the players all the time. He also added that EBRP is a great platform for the fans as we did superb job by standing with the players all the time in both bad and good ones. We wish him many many happy returns of the day and all the best for his glorious Red and Gold future. Exclusive Interview of Mehtab Hossain will be given shortly.
