A Beautiful day Engulfed with Love and Care

This Sunday, when all the members of Real POWER met together at the snake park in Madhyamgram for the occasion of the official Real POWER 2011 picnic, one notion could be tagged to the occasion, “We are United”. Although many may raise their hands to protest that the notion is lifted from a famous football club of England, I say that the notion corresponds to the mutual love and understanding the followers and members of Real POWER.

Starting with a delicious breakfast treat all the picnic occupants engulfed themselves in various activities ranging from playing football to healthy debates to funny puns against the rival club Mohun Bagan, the picnic was already wrapped with special emotions.

Although a Real POWER picnic may have a lot of topics under its belt, the discussion for the upgradation of the community and the website. Many important note’s came and many fruitful ideas evolved. Now with the word fruit I have to stress on the fact that the lunch was the most delicious treat and probably the USP of the picnic. A brilliant traditional Hilsa with an amazingly flavoured Mutton couldn’t ask anything more from the picnic participants.

Then, when the time arrived for all to leave, the aura of happiness dissolved with the oncoming sunset. Everyone made their way towards the departing bus but with a new excitement and hope that next year will be better. We hope that next year is truly another memorable spectacle for which we can wait for 365 days.
