Real POWER celebrated Puja in Football Rendezvous

Last week when all the Bengalis all over the world were celebrating their favourite festival “Durga Puja”, EAST BENGAL the Real POWER celebrated the puja in a different way. Real POWER was celebrating Puja with Football Rendezvous.

Before the Puja Week, East Bengal Club gave the responsibility to Real POWER to sale the attractive merchandise of East Bengal team in stall at the time of Puja. Real POWER happily took the responsibility.  There was attractive merchandise which was kept in the stall. Current Jersey of East Bengal Team, T-Shirt of East Bengal and One attractive Cap. In all the products there was the logo of the club and the products were excellent, colorful and attractive. Apart from these, East Bengal Barta was also kept in the stall.

Now the plan was not to make push sale of our club’s merchandise. It will be simple football discussion through out the time. In that way we would like to see whether people were interested to take their favourite club’s merchandise.  The stall was kept for three days, 14th, 15th and 16th October.

As we planned we started our celebration from 14th October at “Bose-Pukur Puja Stall”. Though it was not at all a smooth start as rain was creating problem, but the plan created massive success. Many people joined the stall to have discussion on football. There was an in-depth debate seen in the stall between East Bengal and Mohun Bagan Supporters. But it was a real fun at the end of the day.

We had one Mohun Bagan Supporter who visited our stall all the three days and shared his thoughts regarding Kolkata Derby. The funniest thing is that people started with East Bengal Mohun Bagan Rivalry and finished with Brazil Argentina Rivalry. When there was no discussions going on, People were all listening to the beautiful songs of East Bengal. Apart from songs, different slide shows on Football were also shown through laptop in the stall.  

One more important point that I want to mention is that all the people who visited the stall are well aware of our EAST BENGAL the Real POWER. They also congratulated the Real POWER team for giving updated news every day.

Coming to the merchandise sale, it was a good response over all. People bought Jersey, T-Shirt and Caps of East Bengal Team. East Bengal Barta was also sold in a large volume.

It was over-all three beautiful day that we celebrated at Bose-Pukur. First time we all celebrated Puja with Football and East Bengal.  Special thanks to Subhadip Moulik, Soumeek Bal, Prasenjit Seal, Rahul Dutta and Rajib Kundu for giving their “Festive Time” at the stall.
